As Data Integrations Specialist, you will work across the organisation defining data / workflows and designing the technical elements and solutions required to help integrate these across a variety of different business systems and technologies. You will develop and support data transformations and migrations within the Data Services team’s data systems (including the CRM and data warehouse). This will also include supporting our move to cloud technologies and processes. We will look to you to provide technical solutions to support fundraising innovation, design and build integrations to reduce manual processing as well as improve data accuracy.
You must have experience of working with relational databases and data management techniques as well as collaborating with key users and suppliers. Comfortable employing data in workflows and complex business processes, you will used to using ETL tools such as Azure Data Factory, Dell Boomi, Talend, Mulesoft or similar. You will be adept at querying large datasets using SQL too. Resourceful, logical and analytical, you will also possess an eye for detail and excellent communication, planning and relationship building skills.
Experience of working with CRM systems and databases, especially in a charity or marketing context would be an advantage.
