Are you passionate about saving our world and want to use your skills to make a difference to the future of the planet?
If that sounds like you, we need you to join us in the fight for our world as part of the team in the world’s largest independent conservation organisation. We are now looking for an Intern to join our Community Fundraising team and support our work on our Recycling Week fundraising activity and events.
As Recycling Week Intern, you will liaise with internal stakeholders and external fundraisers and suppliers to encourage public involvement in Recycling Week activities and to raise as much income as possible. This will include researching and approaching businesses to get involved, creating digital content, updating project plans and producing regular reporting. You will set up and attend project group meetings, take minutes and share key actions too. You will also handle supporter enquiries across a range of channels offering advice and support and providing materials.
You will have good GCSE passes or equivalent and be comfortable working as part of a team. Highly organised and good at planning and meeting deadlines, you will also possess strong communications and MSOffice skills as well as an eye for detail. You will be used to researching and scoping ideas too.
If you are super excited and passionate about gaining valuable work experience in a major international NGO we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website via the link, complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up to date CV with supporting statement highlighting your interest in the role.
