An exceptional email marketer or CRM specialist you are looking for a role that will stretch you and deliver real world impact. Look no further than this Senior Email Marketing Manager position within the world’s largest independent conservation organisation. We know our world is under threat like never before. We want you to capitalise on the tremendous growth in our email marketing in recent years and continue to build revenue and improve supporter retention. As head of a small team, you will lead on end-to-end campaigns and automated journeys that integrate across online and offline channels, including SMS. Working across three offices, you will take responsibility for making data driven decisions on innovation, testing and segmentation as well as for embedding email best practice to support our fundraising and influencing goals. You will monitor effectiveness, promote testing and produce regular analytical performance reporting too. Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation, you will support the creation and delivery of multi-channel campaigns and introduce and maintain existing automation. You will also lead on the onboarding of Adestra, our new ESP provider as well as oversee relationships with other supplier partners.
For this role, you must have extensive experience as an email marketer or CRM specialist. You will be expert at creating, implementing and delivering an email marketing channel strategy for a high-profile organisation as well as expert at managing a large leads database and multiple mailing lists. You will be used to using ESPs and specific experience with Adestra, FastStats/PeopleStage would be a plus.
Comfortable managing email channel schedules, you will have sound knowledge of Google Analytics and other tracking and analytical tools as well as the ability to translate complex data into key recommendations and an actionable strategy. You will have a good understanding of audience segmentation and profiling too.
An effective project manager with excellent communications and relationship building skills, you will be comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple programmes.
