As Senior Fundraising Innovation Manager you will use your expertise to develop a portfolio of products to attract, engage, recognise and retain a range of different fundraising audiences. This will involve overseeing regular innovation cycles and sprints to designing new products from inception to implementation. As head of a small and dynamic team, you will create, test and roll out new fundraising products from an innovation pipeline. Driving the development of cutting-edge content, assets and engagement materials, you will encourage the use of new technologies, creative or media too. Our innovation champion, you will also keep abreast of the latest trends in fundraising and direct marketing to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding supporter experiences. Important will be the ability to monitor effectiveness and collaborate with colleagues to interpret supporter data and insight to inform innovation and new product development.
Of graduate calibre, you will have a proven track record in project management and experience of managing innovation cycles and sprints or using innovation to drive income growth. Comfortable leading projects within a complex stakeholder landscape, you will be used to analysing performance data and market trends, interpreting findings and acting on insight gained. You will be used to planning and implementing marketing plans using a variety of marketing techniques and channels too. You will also be familiar with developing and launching new campaigns or products for a target audience.
An excellent communicator, you will also be effective at networking and presenting. A team player, you will enjoy working in a collaborative way, be effective at planning and meeting deadlines and can demonstrate a commitment to the natural world and our core mission.
