This is an incredible opportunity to produce work that will make a difference. Work that will save our planet. We are facing a climate and nature emergency. Nature, our life support system, is being lost at an alarming rate and at WWF UK, the worlds’ largest independent conservation organisation, we are fighting hard to reverse this. We need you to join us as a Legacy and In Memory Campaigns Manager and help develop legacy giving and in memory giving as a vital and growing income stream to support our work.
We are recognised as innovators in relationship marketing and make wide use of a variety of channels to communicate with the public. As Legacy and In Memory Campaigns Manager you will be responsible for delivering our legacy and In Memory marketing activity from wonderful direct mail and advertising campaigns to inspiring social/digital activity and legacy events. We will look to you to dynamically and sensitively engage supporters with the legacy and In Memory message, convert loyal supporters to become legacy pledgers and support stewarding activity to retain and increase the pledge to gift ratio.
You will oversee supplier partner relationships and produce regular performance reporting too. Key will be the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to produce audience led content that keep the supporter’s experience at the heart of what we do while maximising engagement and lifetime value.
You must have legacy fundraising experience as well as expertise in developing and implementing direct marketing campaigns using multiple channels. You will also have sound knowledge of fundraising regulation including, telephone regulation, PCIDSS, UK Charity Law, Gambling Commission and Data Protection legislation and policy.
Experienced in digital media and the use of digital channels for marketing communications, you will have strong project management skills and the ability to manage and allocate resources effectively. An excellent communicator and team member, you will be good at building relationships and passionate about the fight to save our natural world too.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you. Here at WWF we’re committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose. We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.
Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self’ to work.
Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We’re looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet’s natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.
