We are engaged in the vital work of saving our planet and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to develop and build regional income streams capitalising on opportunities across regional fundraising. If you have a background in fundraising and stewarding supporters, this role of Senior Regional Fundraising Manager is for you.
As Senior Regional Fundraising Manager, you will manage and develop our Regional Fundraising strategy, including Corporate, Community and Student fundraising. Leading a team of committed fundraisers, you will design and implement plans to build and grow our regional fundraising portfolio. This will include identifying new business, setting budgets and deploying supporter insight, data and external trend analysis to identify opportunities to grow the Community Fundraising portfolio. You will also evaluate the effectiveness against campaign objectives and strategic KPIs ensuring that key learnings are used to inform future activities. You will work to improve supporter journeys across a range of channels to increase retention and maximise giving too. Important will be the ability to share best practice and collaborate with management colleagues to expand the regional fundraising team across the UK.
You must have experience of regional or Community fundraising and working on multiple income streams including schools, corporates, groups and volunteers. You will have managed multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as relationships with media agencies and external suppliers.
Effective at inspiring high performing teams, you will have track record of achieving financial and non-financial targets. You will also possess knowledge of fundraising best practice and legal requirements relating to community fundraising. Critically, you will bring knowledge of a range of innovative fundraising and events methods and principles.
In addition, you will possess excellent communication, negotiating and relationship building skills. Detail orientated, you will be an effective project manager, good at prioritising and able to deliver creative solutions in support of fundraising teams. You will be passionate about the aims of WWF-UK too.
